STLB Academy provides business coaching, mentorship, in-person education, and digital content for beauty and wellness professionals. By accessing our website, enrolling in a class, purchasing a course, or downloading any materials, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services Provided

We currently offer:

Hands-on educational classes and workshops
Business coaching and mentoring services
Digital mini courses (coming soon)
Free and paid digital downloads

All content is educational in nature and is not to be considered legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchasing digital products.
We accept payments via Wix Payments, PayPal, or other third-party payment processors integrated with our website.

4. Refund Policy

In-Person Classes:

Due to the nature of live training and the preparation involved, all in-person class purchases are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule or transfer your seat to another person with at least 7 days’ notice.

Digital Products & Mini Courses:

All sales of digital products, including online courses, downloads, templates, and guides, are final and non-refundable. These are instantly accessible upon purchase and cannot be “returned.”

Coaching Sessions:

Private coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, downloads, videos, and digital products are the intellectual property of STLB Academy. They may not be copied, resold, shared, or used for teaching purposes without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. STLB Academy provides strategies, education, and tools to support your growth, but outcomes may vary.
